Born and raised in Maine, ben morang is an associate producer, director / dp, and editor who has been working in the greater new york area since 2019
while pursuing a Bachelor of fine arts in acting for film, television, and commercial in Manhattan, ben was cast in multiple short films and a feature films. As an actor, he gained professional experience on set and in front of the camera. At the same time, he regularly worked a pa and grip positions around new york on small and large sets alike. ben has worked as an actor with brands including xfinity and mikes hard lemonade, and a feature airing on amazon prime.
Through school, he worked for fulton street media group, a new york based commercial music house, as a social media manager, camera operator, and editor while improving his skills in after effects motion design. Ben graduated in 2023 and began editing full-time in broadcast.
Most recently ben has been a full-time associate producer and lead editor with adamit productions, producing commercial, industrial, corporate, and creative work in the tri-state area.

My spouse, Emma Rankins, and I regularly work hand in hand on most every project that comes across my desk, bringing care to our work that few are able to provide. I have a passion for the outdoors, hiking, fishing, running, skiing, and anything else out in nature. I'm a dependable team member and friend, and am constantly working to grow and improve.
